HR Business Partner (m/w/d) - France
The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) is responsible for implementing HR Policies and Procedures for the Retail Division across assigned locations and will provide consultation to Retail Management on strategic staffing plans, compensation, training and development, and employee relations. The HRBP will effectively plan, design, develop and evaluate Human Resources related initiatives that support organisational strategic goals, while promoting a culture that enables employees to perform in accordance with Company objectives. The HRBP will support the Retail Management team with performance management and talent assessment as appropriate.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

​Partner with Retail leadership to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.Provide guidance on organizational design, talent management, and succession planning for retail operations.Support store managers in employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.Analyze HR metrics and trends to provide insights and recommendations for improving retail workforce efficiency.Collaborate with recruitment teams to attract and retain top talent for retail positions.Develop and deliver training programs tailored to retail staff needs and business objectives.Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies across the retail network.Drive employee engagement initiatives and promote a positive culture in retail locations.Advise on compensation and benefits strategies specific to retail roles.Act as a change agent, supporting retail transformation initiatives and communicating effectively with all levels of staff.
