As leaders within global chemical and ingredients distribution, we leverage our global distribution network to give local producers the chemicals and ingredients they need in their production.
The job
As our HR Business Partner, you give the Nordic organization full scope of HR-support to managers and employees alike. In close collaboration with our Nordic HR Manager, you cover around 200 employees in Finland, Norway, Denmark, and Sweden, with four terminals, five offices, and a few home-based colleagues. We combine in-house services with collaborations with external suppliers. This sounds like a lot, and it is. Never forget it is the central resources that make our lives a lot easier.

What are we looking for in You?
We are proud to deliver qualitative HR-support to our organization. To keep this going we believe that you are an excellent communicator in English and at least one Scandinavian language. You thrive in an international environment and are confident in your previous HR experience. You do not have to be an expert in all aspects of HR, but you do need to have solid experience that makes you confidently independent in some areas of HR.
What we focus on in HR varies over the year, and with the strategic directive the company takes. We expect you to bring your perspective to the table and voice your thoughts and ideas. There will be opportunities for you to collaborate with the global HR-community and most commonly with your HR-colleagues in EMEA. We are proud of what the Nordic HR-team brings to the table and want to see you as a continuation of that.

Expected salary range: 36.000 - 42.000 SEK/ month
