British American Tobacco Sweden has an exciting opportunity for an HR Business Partner Operations in Malmo, Sweden

The role provides professional expertise by working consultatively and in a supportive manner with our managers, guiding them on all issues within HR, such as the labour law, work environment, onboarding & early development and gender equality.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Coordinating and driving the work towards a healthier workplace through close collaboration with stakeholders for rehabilitation and adaptions.Driving improvements and support the operation with pre-on-re-off boarding processActing as Org. Pillar Member and E&T Pillar member, driving the Onboarding & Early DevelopmentRunning negotiations with Unions within the area of responsibilityEnsuring correct data in HRM system (Success Factor, Kontek HRM, Falck)Educating our managers through various skills initiatives.Management and continuous update of key company manuals i.e., employee handbook and HR policiesCooperating with government agencies and third parties; preparing data for audit (internal/external)Comply and implement activities in accordance with the rules of laws and regulations relating to environmental protection, safety at work and fire protection, and internal EHS or Sustainability standards and procedures.

What are we looking for?

1-2 years of operational experience within HRKnowledge within labour lawKnowledge of environmental rules and regulationsFluent in spoken and written Swedish and EnglishFast learner, pro-active and willing to adapt quicklyHave strong communication and collaboration skills and have the ability to handle multiple tasks and projects at onceAcademic education as a human resources specialist or equivalent education/ work experience.
