About the Role

Responsible for administering human resources services including payroll, employee engagement survey and other human resources operational activities in Shared Service Centre.

• Process and monitor payroll and employee benefit payments to ensure proper documentation
• Prepare reports illustrating payroll expenditures, including items such as tax payments and benefit plan disbursements
• Maintain employees' data
• Act as the custodian of employee engagement activities
• Administer employee engagement surveys and facilitate the follow up actions to such surveys
• Coordinate relevant events such as employee townhall and corporate social responsibility activities
