Welcoming you to the team
Our team is responsible for activities related to Human Resources in the PWR Transmission Project Management unit; we handle activities related to Nexans procedures for the HRBP Project Management position. The workplace is in Oslo, and you will be reporting to the VP HR for PWR Transmission.
Getting a flying start
To succeed in the PWR Transmission department, you have solid experience in workforce planning and project management within the human resources. You have experience in managing HR processes, coordinating workforce strategies, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. You have worked in project-driven companies, and your experience directly relates to the position's responsibilities. You have worked both domestically and internationally on large-scale projects, ideally in transmission, where you ensured the right talent was in place at the right time. You are comfortable ensuring quality, safety, and compliance during these projects. Your strong project management skills allow you to manage complex tasks effectively, while your expertise in workforce planning ensures the team’s performance is optimized.

How you make an impact
You will work in project teams as an HRBP Project Management with a focus on the PWR Transmission department’s HR operations. To do this, you will manage HR activities in areas such as recruitment, workforce planning, and legal compliance. You will ensure that the right talent is in place for each stage of the project by implementing effective workforce planning strategies. With your HR expertise and project management skills, you will ensure that goals for the position are met on time and within budget. You may also contribute to the development of efficiencies and take part in continuous improvement projects relevant to our department. You will boost your impact by actively promoting Quality and HSE.
Your starting point when you join
Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related area of specialization 5-10 years of relevant HR experience with a focus on workforce planning and project management In this role, the likelihood of succeeding will increase if you have strong skills in workforce management and project coordination As we work with recruitment and workforce planning in a project-driven environment, it is important to know how to plan resources effectively and manage complex project timelines In Nexans, we work in teams and are driven by project execution; therefore, being able to manage, communicate, and solve problems is of utmost importance Fluent in English, – oral and written, Norwegian is a plus Your personal values are aligned to those of Nexans: Pioneer, Dedicated, United
