Job Description:
Essential Job Functions:
• Provide administrative support to HR initiatives, including data entry and document management.
• Assist with data analysis and basic HR reporting tasks.
• Support HR teams in various day-to-day tasks and initiatives.
• Help maintain and organize HR records and documentation.
• Participate in HR training and development activities.
• Collaborate with HR colleagues on support tasks.
• Assist in basic data analysis and data visualization tasks.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Typically, 3+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 1 year in a similar role
• Proven experience in HR data analysis
• Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy
• Effective problem-solving and communication abilities
• A strong commitment to continuous learning and technology adaptation
Other Qualifications:
• An advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus
• Additional coursework or relevant certifications are a plus
