HR Business Partner Supervisor | Maco, Davao de Oro

Position Summary:

Accountable for building meaningful relationships with Facility Heads in developing initiatives and programs for the site. Responsible for the Day-to-Day Operational HR transactions, strengthening Employer-Employee Relations and implementation of Organizational Culture initiatives and Systems. Ensures that strategic directions are executed on the site level.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Coordinates and collaborates with Strategic HR Pillar Manager the strategies to ensure alignment of all pillar initiatives and programs Forges strong relationships with relevant stakeholders (i.e. DOLE, NLRC, NCMB, etc.) and ensures representation whenever relevant Ensures all employee documents (pre-employment, engagement requirements) are complied with for proper file management Oversees the on-boarding and off-boarding process to ensure a delightful employee experience Monitors and implements plans and programs (i.e. Learning and Growth) necessary to develop competencies for the facility Ensures implementation of Talent Management Program Oversees implementation of Culture Activation Programs and Employee Engagement Activities Ensureseffective implementation and administration of Performance Management Systems Ensures the relevant employee engagement program is in place (ie. Team Building, Sports Fest, Family Day etc) Develops and plans programs that will intensify Labor & Management Relations and ensures compliance with Labor Laws and Regulations (i.e. Labor Standards) Ensures that Policies and Procedures are established and adhered to consistently and fairly across the facility and aligned with AP directives Implements Employee Discipline in the workplace consistently and fairly Recommends action plans to Management for “Out of Policy Cases” Formulates budget for the Site HR Operations Ensures execution of Site HR functions Coordinates with Strategic HR Pillar Manager for future organizational requirements based on the Business Development Plan Initiates and prompts Team Leaders on the update of Job Description when necessary Facilitates Job Evaluation of positions Collaborates with Strategic HR Pillar Manager the organizational review and recommends possible changes on the structures and organizational set-up based on short term to long term plans Coordinates and collaborates with Strategic HR Pillar Manager the consolidation, analysis, and interpretation of Attraction, Optimization and Retention metrics and BU-wide surveys and implement agreed plans Develops and implements together with the Strategic HR Pillar Manager individual development plans of Critical Position Holders and Successors including the monitoring of their progress Oversees implementation of Culture Activation Programs Participates in review of HR Systems for process improvements Ensures the consistent implementation of approved Rewards Management System across the facility Manages and evaluates performance of direct reports Identifies appropriate training needed for team members’ development
