HR Business Partner with German - DACH Region

About the role
Ensures effective partnership with managers and HRBP to execute HR programs and initiatives on time and compliant to local regulations. Responsible for assigned business units within DACH region. Stand-in for peers.

Daily challenges

Ensure pro-active relationship management with people managers in scopeWork closely with people managers to understand their business and related HR challengesManage local implementation / execution of HR programs, providing advice and collaborating with people managersOversee assigned HR projects for DACH region, manage project team and monitor progressAdvice people managers on performance and talent management strategies and policies incl. local regulations  Collaborate with HRBP and people managers regarding implementation of organisational changes and WFREnsure data-driven decision making and monitoring on HR KPI for assigned business unitsDevelop, align and implement corrective actions in case of business risks related to HR issues Facilitate and support on conflicts and employee grievances Manage operational aspects of employee relations (e.g. consultation on individual cases and grievances)SPOC for HRBP and people managers to advice on applicable regulations (especially during change and on escalated individual cases)Collaborate with HR Operations and HR COE to solve people related issues and handling escalations, especially when associated to compliance questionsStay up-to-date to HR and labour market trends as well as to local regulations

eXperience and skills required

Relevant graduation or extensive professional experience in applying core HR concepts and methodologiesContinuous learning on the point of need and using feedback for self-developmentQuick learner and ability to adopt to new situations Excellent communication skills and relationship buildingCollaborates easily with a variety of stakeholderAdvanced problem solving skills incl. analytical skills to identify and manage root-causesAbility to facilitate in conflict situationsProfessional fluency in English and German Familiar with relevant HR systems
