Working for a special set of people within the company located on Malta, you will be responsible for;
Collaborating with leaders to identify and execute HR strategies that support overall business objectives
Acting as a trusted advisor on all HR related matters including workforce planning and succession planning you will be comfortable with operational and strategic remits
Fostering good relationships with employees to understand challenges
Working closely with the Talent team this role will cover all aspects of true Business Partnering.
