All while understanding that **together** we are even better. **Schedule:** Per Diem – as needed **Shift** : Days **Location:** AdventHealth Fish Memorial – Human Resources Department **The community you’ll be caring for:** **1055 Saxon Blvd, Orange City, FL** **The role you’ll contribute:** The HR Business Reporting Specialist interacts with internal customers at all levels of the organization to supplement relevant, accurate, and timely information through analysis and reporting of various employee related programs. Is responsible for day-to-day management, guidance, support, and expertise in the handling of HR transactions. Ensures data integrity and data protection of all employee information. Serves as a business partner and resource to all local and regional HR. Partners with Shared Services and HRIS on project submission and coordination of data. Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accept responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all. **The value you’ll bring to the team:** · Analyzes and interprets employee data upon which local HR uses to assist with managing day to day operations. · Compiles reports and summarizes data as requested to assist leaders in making decisions. · Facilitates escalated service tickets related to the program. Coordinates with programmer to ensure technical issues with system are resolved. · Tracks and reports for participation and compliance requirements. · Coordinates and performs other reporting and miscellaneous duties with respect to the Annual Service Awards, COVID, Flu, and Annual Training compliance. · Serves as super user for HR operating model and related technology systems and HR processes. Liaisons with shared services as needed. · Serves as a backup and performs the duties and responsibilities of the local Employee Experience Partner when necessary. **The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed** **:** + **Minimum qualifications** : _·_ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, **_OR_** · Four years of experience in human resources, administrative, or related experience · Ability to compile and analyze statistical information on trended data. · Ability to build reports from various data sets + **Preferred qualifications:** · Bachelor’s degree in related field · Three years reporting experience in field such as Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or Human Resources · Experience working in a healthcare environment · Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Society for Human Resources Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) This facility is an equal opportunity employer and complies with federal, state and local anti-discrimination laws, regulations and ordinances.
