Join DHL Supply Chain's global HR transformation journey as an HR Business Support and Strategic Projects Expert. In this pivotal role, you'll accelerate the adoption of innovative HR technologies and lead strategic programs that reshape how we attract, onboard, and engage talent across the globe. Working within the HR Business Process Optimization (BPO) team and alongside senior leaders, you'll drive digitalization, enhance process quality, and deliver impactful change. Key responsibilities will include:

\n\nSupporting the HR Support and Strategic Programs Sr Director to define, scope, and execute the global program agenda in collaboration with regional and global stakeholders.\nIdentifying and negotiating schedules, milestones, and resources to meet project objectives.\nSteering program execution by providing feedback to program teams, mitigating risks, resolving issues, and enabling timely decision-making.\nProviding coaching, mentoring, and quality assurance to program teams to ensure successful delivery.\nDeveloping program-level communications for senior stakeholders, project teams, and the wider employee population.\nConsolidating and analysing program status information, comparing with baseline planning, deriving conclusions and preparing management reports.\nDeveloping and continuously improving structures, processes and frameworks for program management including governance and supporting tools.\nEnsuring transparency on program progress, milestone achievement, issues, risks and next steps to relevant stakeholders.\nDriving adoption of digital tools, AI, and robotics to support the HR digitalization agenda\nResearching and exploring innovative HR technologies and managing vendor relationships.\nSupporting review and development of business cases.\n\n

Required skills and experience:

\n\nDemonstrable experience in HR-focused project management, consulting or strategy-related roles, inclusive of planning, managing and delivering large, multi-regional HR change programs.\nPrince II, ITIL, Agile Foundation & Practitioner ITIL certification or equivalent work experience.\nIntermediate to advanced functional and technical knowledge of HR-related systems and processes, ideally Oracle HCM Cloud, Oracle EBS R12, or SAP HR / SuccessFactors, Workday.\nProven experience successfully managing relationships with a large and varied group of stakeholders.\nExperience in analysing complex problems and deriving creative recommendations.\nBusiness analytics experience and ability to work with large datasets.\nStrong meeting and workshop facilitation skills.\nFluency in English, both written and verbal.\n\n
