HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACTYour Role:
Manages the functions related to staff training initiatives. In this capacity, develops TMH colleague development programs and delivers colleague training. In the arena of colleague development is responsible for managing system-wide training standards, expectations and measurements that build employee competencies within an environment of continuous learning. Using a systems management approach for developing cost-effective training options to meet specific business needs of the organization. Ensures the quality of system-wide training, with direction from Service Excellence & Staff Development Director, through effective needs assessment, course design, course evaluation, training resource materials and learning reinforcement strategies for assigned areas. Is involved in all internal marketing efforts. Regularly delivers training, mentoring and coaching to TMH colleagues.

Required Education:
Bachelor's degree in Education, Health Education, or other related degree.
Required Experience:
Two years of applicable experience in delivering and/or developing instruction.
