About the role:

Rates: $29.73 per hour plus penalties (rate X 1.5 after 8 hours, rate X 2.0 after 10 hours). The rate increases to $30.72 after 12 months.Most days will start between 4am and 6am and drivers can do up to and over 10 hours per day, and around 50 - 55 hours per week. Saturday work is generally available, paid at overtime ratesMeal allowances are generally paid after 10 hours in one shiftWe provide cutting edge technology to not only keep you safe whilst driving, but also to help you map your routes and keep track of your loadsAll new starts go through a 10-day training program.

About you:

Minimum of HR license (essential) with previous driving experience (preferred)You enjoy meeting people and having a chat with them when you're onsiteYou take pride in the appearance of your truck. Keep it clean, give it a wash and present the best image of our company. You are a mobile billboard and people notice a dirty truckAble to pass a pre-employment medical, including a drug and alcohol test (random testing is also conducted on all Heidelberg Materials sites)
