Apply now for the position of HR Consultant, you will be responsible to perform and execute a defined range of operational HR activities especially on payroll according to predetermined guidelines and procedures for Siemens Healthineers Philippines.
Your role:Mainly responsible for Payroll Operations and HR AdministrationUnder Payroll Operations:Point of contact for outsourced payroll vendorHandles pre and post payroll activities, including but not limited to:Encoding of payroll instructionsUploading of time records / overtime claimsValidation of Payroll RegisterPreparation of payroll reports including statutory reports and booking of payroll transactionsMonitoring of Statutory paymentsAddress Payroll queries from employeesContinuously improve Payroll processesUnder HR Administration (may not limited to the following):Responsible in maintaining employee database  and HR systems at the local levelHandles employee movement from onboarding to separationManages employees’ files/recordsPolicy review and updatingHandles employee requests on HR-related documents (i.e. Certificate of Employment, etc.)Coordinates with external providers in relation to employee benefitsCoordinates with relevant government agencies (i.e. SSS, BIR, HDMF, PHIC)Support the HR Head on HR services, initiatives, programs and policies/guidelines developmentProvides first-level HR support to managers and employeesResponds to inquiries related to HR and company policies and procedures Assists in local HR activities related to Talent Acquisition, People & Culture, Total RewardsSupport HR projects and other ad hoc duties as assigned
Your expertise:Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources or Accounting; or equivalent experience in Payroll and/or Human ResourcesWith at least 5 years’ experience in General HR and/or PayrollAdept in basic Payroll principlesKnowledgeable on basic Accounting and Taxation principles in relation to PayrollFamiliar with local Labor LawGood interpersonal skillsGood verbal and written communication skillsGood command of the English language as the position will entail constant collaboration with foreign colleagues across ASEANHigh proficiency in Microsoft Office specially Excel, Workday and SAPKeen on details and with high level of accuracy at workHigh learning agilityHigh level of resilience in handling pressure/challengesAble to work independently
