HR Consultant AdvancedPay
**Role Summary:** The HR Consultant AdvancedPay implements the payroll specifics in the payroll platform for the new clients. He/she is the client's privileged partner, helping the client analyse and implement payroll regulations in accordance with legislation and guarantee the highest level of service. **Training & Responsibilities** : The six-month training program prepares you for the role of HR Consultant Implementation & Consulting on the AdvancedPay (PAISY) platform. After an introduction to the ADP world and general training on the topic of payroll in Germany, you will get to know and use the Implementation & Consulting area with its implementation process and tools such as Planview and the digital target concept. The trainee program also includes basic training on the PAISY system from an implementation perspective: the company master system, customizing wage types and customer fields, etc. You will take part in team calls, client calls and project meetings to learn on-the-job how the day-to-day work of an HR consultant is organized. Once you complete the training program, you will set up your first projects together with your mentor and may also take on your own small projects in the local and international project area as a project manager. You will need strong communication skills, a very good mastery of German & English, a good understanding of IT and, of course, a strong willingness to familiarize yourself with new areas of work and systems. A committed and creative Implementation & Consulting team is waiting for you! **What you will learn and apply in your role (key responsibilities)** **:** + Project management for new and existing clients + Performing and leading kick-off meetings + Creating a Blueprint, i.e. recording and setting up all client’s requirements related to the payroll process + PAISYAdvanced system setup, data migration and payroll trials + Creation of documentation for the implementation process (Confluence) + Applying the PAISY wage type standard template + Creating evaluations (information and reports) + Keeping an open items list, creating a project acceptance + Handover of a client to Operations + Running Go-Live activities as part of a client’s payroll Go-Live + Various interfaces to and from the Paisy Advanced system **Professional skills/experience requirements** **:** + Very good mastery of German and English languages, both orally and written, at minimum B2+ Degree or training or several years of experience in HR, Consulting/Service or IT + Mastery of Windows office tools (especially Excel & PowerPoint) + Knowledge of HR processes is an advantage + Good to very good understanding of the client's trade, business and organisation (payroll calculations, law and human resources) + Project management knowledge is an advantage + Interface know-how, PAISY expertise or programming languages are an advantage + Java SQL knowledge is an advantage + Business Intelligence (BI) and Business Objects (BO) are an advantage **Personal skill requirements:** + Very strong communication skills + Customer relationship management + Client portfolio management experience + Very good time management + Good interpersonal skills + Analytical skills and ability to summarise + Personal initiative + Self-reliance + Dynamic and responsive + Organised + Rigorous + Ability to work both independently and within a team + Structured way of thinking and working + Adherence to deadlines and reliability **A little about ADP:** We are a comprehensive global provider of cloud-based human capital management (HCM) solutions that unite HR, payroll, talent, time, tax and benefits administration and a leader in business outsourcing services, analytics, and compliance expertise.
