Join Our Team as an HR Consultant – Employee Relations!
We are looking for a skilled HR Consultant specializing in Employee Relations (ER) to provide expert advice and manage processes that drive efficiency, maintain a quality working environment, and ensure compliance with labor legislation.
Key Responsibilities:
Continuously update and manage all IR/ER administration, ensuring databases and records comply with legal and company standards. Prepare documentation, arguments, and coordinate with line management (witnesses) for hearings, including references to prior cases. Compile and analyze monthly reports on IR/ER incidents, identifying trends. Cultivate strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including GMs, trade unions, CCMA, and consultative forums. Collaborate with the Senior ER Manager to offer expertise on IR-related issues and monitor attendance trends, recommending corrective actions. Identify and manage potential IR/ER conflict risks, implementing action plans and advising Line Management accordingly. Oversee Transformation Objectives, ensuring BBBEE and EE targets are met, and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Facilitate internal dispute resolution, manage disciplinary hearings, and conduct IR investigations, including CCMA and Labour Court matters.Minimum Requirements:
NQF Level 6 in Human Resources or a related qualification. 3-5 years of experience in a related field. Proficiency in MS Office and SAP.Apply today and join our dynamic team!
