Job Description:
We’re looking for an HR Contact Centre Representative (L3) to join our team at MBPS. In this role, you are responsible for managing and resolving client service requests related to Human Resources support for employees across multiple Asian countries.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional service to employees and HR colleagues by handling inquiries via telephone, chat, and email regarding HR policies, programs, and HRIS systems.
Ensure prompt and accurate responses in a clear, consistent, and professional manner, meeting productivity goals and turnaround times.
Accurately handle routine client service requests at the initial point of contact using administrative systems.
Identify and report recurring client concerns, suggesting improvements, or escalating to the appropriate department.
Identify and escalate exceptions with appropriate recommendations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree holder
At least 1 year of experience in an HR Shared Services environment
Understanding of Human Resource policies, procedures, and tools.
Good judgment in interpreting and applying HR policies and procedures.
Exceptional technical capacities, including computer skills, call-center technologies, and intranet navigation.
High level of phone confidence and professionalism in interactions with customers.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
