Forvia Interiors develops and produces full interior systems including instrument panels, door panels, smart surfaces and center consoles and leads the group’s drive for sustainable materials.
Your mission, roles and responsibilities
Our Business Group is looking for an Apprentice in HR Controlling (M/F) based in our headquarter in Nanterre (92), starting in September/October 2025. He/She will be working as support for Forvia Interiors HR Controller.
The main missions and opportunities:
o Participate to the Monthly reporting process (actual, forecast): consolidate inputs from our divisions, ensure the accuracy and completeness of HR reporting, participate in HR meetings to review employee data
o Control consistency and ensure the reliability of the data reported: analyze and comment the discrepancies
o Contribute to the budget process and strategic plan through analyzing headcount and cost evolution of our divisions to support the implementation of our global strategy
o Participate to ad hoc HR studies
o Coordinate the Hiring requests process with Divisions
o Propose new ideas to engage our teams around the world
Your profile and competencies to succeed

o Master 2 with an HR specialization
o Excellent analytical, communication and organization skills
o Be rigorous and very attentive to details
o Team spirit and international mindset
o Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
o Fluent in English (working language)
o A great curiosity and motivation to learn
o A previous internship experience in HR
