Our FCE Japan Division is looking for you as a Headcount/Labor Cost Controlling and Compensation & Benefit (C&B) VIE for our site in Saitama, Japan.
What will be your main missions?The VIE Controlling/C&B will mainly manage headcount / labor cost controlling in the Asia region and support C&B activity (data creation regarding compensation data and systems).
The main missions of the role are to:
Aggregate and analyze headcount / labor cost / HR KPI in Japan (including Thailand/India in the future) every month to predict future trends
Being the main contact point for FCE Japan (including Thailand/India) controlling
Improve the controlling process and establish efficient methods
Support for C&B related activities (Support for employees, data creation, and so on)
The ideal candidate will have/be:
Bachelor’s degree related to Human Resources or Finance
Demonstrate strong communication skills and autonomy
Fluent in English
Japanese JLPT N3 or above
Strong Excel, Word and PPT skills
First experience in Human Resources or Finance
Analytical mindset, identify trends, and draw meaningful insights;
Familiar with Project Management methods;
Strong teamwork and good communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders;
Flexibility to handle diverse responsibilities and changing organizational needs.
