Guarantee full application of HR controlling procedure and processes for Forvia scope (Faurecia perimeter + Hella perimeter)Lead Group reporting process to collect HR controlling data within the Group for all phases: monthly results, forecasts, budget, update, mid-term strategic plan, annual social reportMonitor Group HR controlling deliveries to management ensuring reliability, consistency and transparency of collected data through both business management and geographical consolidationsDrive specific ad-hoc analysis and projectsAlert, in case of deviation vs targets and propose diagnostics and contingencies action plan to BGs and/or Group functional ownersProvide executive summaries for external/internal communication (COMEX, FORVIA HR / Finance / Legal / Communication departments)Contribute to Group Annual Social Report for internal publication and master yearly CSRD HR reporting Audits in collaboration with external partners Propose regular update of HR Group controlling procedures in collaboration with BGs representatives and HR Group functional owners and ensure its deployment and understanding through Group organizationOrganize systematic formalized communication with BGs and Country HR networkCoordinate with Group Finance to ensure consistency of reporting and analysis (labor costs and restructuring)Ensure that HR reporting and controlling network are informed and trained in line with Group HR processes, definitions and reporting tools at all level of the organization (Site/Division/BG/Country/Corporate)Animate the HR controlling network through specific events and reviews to ensure a continuous HR controllers injection reservoir within the function

Drive the functional aspects of Metis-HR (Hyperion): change request definitions, development controls and deployment in production database for all reporting phasesDrive the Success Factors (SAP)-BI-Metis-HR interface process in collaboration with HRIS & GIS teams and HR country controller representatives: interfaced country process definition and planning, country mapping supervision, reporting errors tracking and action plan for process industrialization management (actions on Group IT BI and GV HRIS teams)Propose Success Factors (SF) design and control tool improvements to HRIS team to reinforce Core Model approach and deploymentEnhance Group HR data visualization tool Hector 2.0 with AI technologies

They are accountable for the HR controlling data and provide relevant analysis to the organization to ensure deviations are reacted to and propose corrective action plans to be implemented in a timely manner to minimize impact on P&L and cash.
To be successful, they need to have a global understanding of the business context and to work closely with the Finance department.
They are the process owner of the HR controlling process and its continuous improvement to optimize our tools and processes in line with business needs. In addition, they lead the HR Controlling network and its development.
