Your position and environment?
We are looking for an HR Controlling VIE who will provide support to the North America Organization, and who will be based in Auburn Hills, Michigan, United States.
The Main Missions Of The Role Are:
The role of the Human Resources Officer is to support the HR Manager in the day-to-day HR management, in accordance with the Group's human resources policies and procedures. The main missions of the role are to:
• Talent KPI reporting (Hiring, Resignation, Training, Career Development)
• Headcount reporting and analysis (Actual vs Forecast/Budget)
• HR KPI evolution reporting and dashboard creation and data analysis
• Various qualitative reports related to data analysis
• Validation of the correct information in HRIS
• HR budget consolidation and reporting
• Annual social report follow-up (quantitative/qualitative)
• Consolidation of the HR agenda (reporting deadlines, payroll dates)
• Annual Salary planning consolidation in line with budget
• Fulfill and enforce the Code of Ethics and the Code of Management
The mission will last 18 months.
Your profile and competencies to succeedThe ideal candidate will have/be:
• Master’s degree in HR, Data Analysis, or Finance• Strong ability with Microsoft Excel
• At least one-year of experience in the field
• Fluent in English, Spanish is an asset
• Communication and analytic skills, ability to negotiate, Autonomy
• Customer and business understanding
