As a member of the HUGO BOSS Human Resources team, the Human Resources Coordinator provides daily support to the Human Resources Department with a focus on retail staff and store-level HR processes. This role serves as a key liaison between the HR team, retail management, and store employees, ensuring efficient administration of HR policies, procedures, and programs. Responsibilities include coordinating onboarding activities, maintaining employee records, assisting with scheduling and timekeeping, supporting training initiatives, and responding to employee inquiries. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, people-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
What you can expect:
Responsibilities include, but not limited to the following:
\n\n Assist in managing projects, programs and practices that engage, inspire, and recognize workforce performance\nEnsure that all new hire paperwork is completed in accordance with our onboarding policies and procedures.\nMaintain and update new hire paperwork in system ensuring the most updated information is provided. \nManage and send out job abandonment letters, commission and bonus letters, and any other change in employment letters required. \nManage Labor Law Poster and Minimum Wage Vendor. \nOrganize and maintain digital employee files in compliance with applicable legal requirements.\nManage and track processing and completion of all unemployment claims received for the Retail Population\nAssist with Turnover Report. \nMonitor, report, and analyze data such as headcount, new hires and terminations. \nPartner with the Sr. Director Human Resources Corporate & Retail, North America and the Human Resources Manager, Retail to review best practices to streamline the onboarding experience for all Retail new hires.\nAssist with Seasonal hiring process from start to finish in partnership with the team.\nRun and analyze business reports on a weekly and/or monthly basis to ensure all employee recordings are accurate and up to date. \nTrack the receipt of signed commission and bonus agreements. \nMonitor and respond to inquiries from all relevant HR Mailboxes.\nUpdate employee information in all applicable reporting/scheduling systems. \nSchedule exit interviews for applicable employees.\nSchedule HR Training for new managers.\nSupport HR Team with projects as needed. \n
Your profile:
\nBachelor's Degree or equivalent \n1-3 years of Human Resources experience required\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\nPossess analytical aptitude\nAbility to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and maintain strong attention to detail\nExcellent time management and organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize work efficiently\nStrong relationship-building, follow-up, and customer service skills\nAbility to always maintain a high level of confidentiality\nAbility to work with all levels of employees\nProficient with Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), DocuSign and SAP. ADP and Adobe experience a plus \n

The expected base salary range for this position is from $23.00 - $26.00. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered.
