We are looking for an organized HR Coordinator to join our team in Beaverton, Oregon. Responsibilities:
• Schedule and coordinate interviews across various time zones and departments using the Applicant Tracking System.
• Reschedule interviews promptly to accommodate changes while maintaining efficient timelines.
• Reserve necessary resources such as conference rooms, video conferencing links, and other meeting setups.
• Provide candidates with interview preparation materials and company information to ensure a seamless experience.
• Address candidate inquiries and concerns in a timely and organized manner.
• Collaborate with team members to manage calendars and coordinate meetings effectively.
• Support onboarding processes, including employment verifications and background checks.
• Assist in auditing HR processes to maintain compliance and accuracy.
• Utilize HRIS systems to manage and organize employee information efficiently.
Requirements • At least 1 year of experience in a Human Resources or administrative role.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with candidates and staff.
• Proficiency in scheduling and calendar management tools.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (such as Greenhouse) and HRIS platforms.
• Experience in conducting background checks and employment verifications.
• Ability to coordinate meetings and interviews across multiple time zones.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and auditing skills.
