Description We are looking for a meticulous and highly organized HR Coordinator to join our team in Somerset, New Jersey. This long-term contract position focuses on ensuring the secure handling, accurate renaming, and scanning of personnel files as part of a large-scale document migration project. Responsibilities:
• Rename and organize personnel files for over 2,100 employees to align with company standards.
• Scan and prepare documents for migration into the new HR system while maintaining accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in all record-keeping activities.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to security protocols when handling sensitive employee information.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline file organization and scanning processes.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting related to document management systems.
• Monitor progress to ensure timely completion of the project within established deadlines.
• Manage and prioritize multiple tasks to meet project goals efficiently.
• Assist in onboarding and general HR administrative tasks as needed. Requirements • A minimum of 1 year of experience in HR operations, onboarding, or talent acquisition.
• Proficiency in document management systems such as ADP Workforce Now, DocuSign, or similar platforms.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and consistency in file handling.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with HR compliance standards and best practices.
• High level of integrity and discretion when working with confidential employee data.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
