Description
We are seeking a motivated HR Coordinator to support day-to-day HR functions and ensure the smooth operation of administrative and compliance tasks. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and collaborative HR team while working with an organization that values innovation, growth, and its people.
Responsibilities:
+ Coordinate and assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
+ Serve as a resource for employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and benefits.
+ Maintain and update employee records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
+ Assist in onboarding new hires, including preparing welcome materials and ensuring compliance with required documentation.
+ Process and track HR forms, such as timesheets, performance evaluations, and leave requests.
+ Support HR projects such as training initiatives, employee engagement activities, or policy updates.
+ Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and standard HR best practices.
+ Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the HR department.
Requirements
Qualifications:
+ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
+ Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in an HR-related role, preferably as an HR assistant or coordinator.
+ Skills Required:
+ Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, ADP, or similar platforms) and Microsoft Office Suite.
+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
+ Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
+ Familiarity with labor laws and HR compliance standards.
+ Certifications (Optional): PHR or SHRM-CP certification is a plus.
