What You’ll Do:
As the Human Resources Coordinator, you’ll play an instrumental role in human resources operations.
+ HR Systems & Records: Oversee reporting (hiring, turnover, retention), maintain employee files, troubleshoot payroll/timekeeping/benefits questions, and align HR practices across departments.
+ Employee Relations: Be accessible and visible to employees, resolving inquiries and issues while fostering engagement in daily activities, as well as coordinating trainings and employee events.
+ Staffing Support: Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team, including the recruitment, onboarding, and pre-employment testing process for new hires.
+ Health Services Assistance: Help employees navigate medical leave paperwork and return-to-work processes efficiently and with care.

Requirements

We’re looking for someone who can:
+ Demonstrate the ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
+ Navigate situations requiring Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) knowledge or understanding of short-term leave protocols.
+ Conduct tough conversations with professionalism, empathy, and tact—all while protecting the business and staying focused.
You’ll also need:
+ Soft Skills: A collaborative mindset and sound judgment to keep things moving forward. You’ll look at situations holistically, knowing not everything is black and white.
+ Experience: 1–3 years of HR support experience, a degree (or equivalent experience), great follow-through, and familiarity with HRIS software.
+ Resourcefulness: A focus on finding solutions and sources to tackle challenges big and small.
