HR Coordinator

As an HR Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting SOCi’s HR department and daily operations. You will work closely with HR leadership and team members while supporting various human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration and compliance across our locations. The HR Coordinator should be passionate about working with SOCi employees and supporting a collaborative HR team.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

Support company employees, HR teams, and SOCi leaders as part of a centralized function that handles a variety of HR-related transactions Owns recruitment workflows around requisition creation and management, job and offer management, new hire offer letters, background checks, and other preboarding processes Supports the talent acquisition team, as needed, with scheduling of candidates for multi-round interview processes Supports the HR team in strategic projects around building efficiency under the guidance of the Senior Manager, Organization Enablement, and other department leaders   Maintains detailed knowledge of HR service areas and answers employee inquiries about HR programs, processes, procedures, and communications Owns, maintains, and updates documentation related to the Organizational Enablement and Talent Acquisition team(s) Other special projects or duties as assigned

What You’ll Need to be Successful:

Remote Opportunity: Ability to work 100% remotely 0-1 years of Human Resources experience Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive) or Microsoft Office Experience with Greenhouse or other ATS (preferred; not required) Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion Skills and Competencies: Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy and thoroughness in all HR processes and documentation Communication: Effectively convey information and facilitate understanding between employees and management Organizational Skills: Manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently Problem-Solving: Address and resolve issues proactively and independently

Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
