HR Coordinator

System One has an immediate need for an HR Coordinator to support our client onsite in Monroe, NC. This is a 6 month contract role supporting a specialty metal manufacturer. 

The primary purpose of this job is to performs a variety of duties in Human Resources department with a focus in data integrity, reporting and staffing support.

Responsibilities Support administrator duties for recruiting/staffing which will include Candidate travel reimbursements, Uniform Administration, PO Creation / Maintenance, Retiree Processing, Service, Award Processing, pulling together internal candidate listings, schedule and proctor sonic testing, support all aspects of new hire orientation, create DT service ticket for new hire accounts etc. Responsible for submitting and maintaining documents in the employee electronic files. Support administrative tasks for improving departmental processes, and special projects Support various other generalist HR duties as assigned  
Ideal Background 1+ year of HR administrative experience Bachelor's Degree
