Job Description
The Human Resources Coordinator plays a pivotal role in the daily operations of the HR Department by supporting the development, implementation, and execution of various initiatives, policies, procedures, and systems. Key responsibilities include managing onboarding and orientation processes, providing employee lifecycle support, and organizing engagement initiatives.
ResponsibilitiesOnboarding Management: Oversee the entire onboarding process, including candidate communication, managing new hire paperwork, and ensuring successful onboarding within the ATS/HRIS system.Orientation Leadership: Conduct new hire orientation sessions, ensuring compliance with onboarding and employee integration requirements.Administrative Support: Provide daily administrative support to the HR team, including data entry in the HRIS, filing HR documents, and preparing correspondence as needed.Employee Relations: Offer innovative solutions to address employee concerns with a thorough understanding of company policies, procedures, and applicable state, federal, and labor laws.Records Maintenance: Maintain accurate and compliant employee files per company, local, state, and federal guidelines. The HR Coordinator will be on-site and will report to the CPO in Colorado. HR associates across the US will be able to assist and train on systems and software as needed. This is an in-person role and will have an office. The working hours are from 7 am to 4 pm, with flexibility to adjust to 8 am to 5 pm or 9 am to 6 pm. The company has approximately 200 employees.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00
