HR Coordinator

It is present in more than sixty countries with over 23,000 employees worldwide. **Overview** The Human Resources Coordinator is the backbone of the Talent team. You will be the first line of contact for employees. The HR Coordinator is responsible for all facets of the onboarding process for new hires, general daily questions from employees and managers, maintaining data and systems, and supporting all other Talent programs and policies. You will report to the Associate Director, Talent for the West region. **Responsibilities** + Be a resource for general employee questions regarding Company benefits and procedures + Primary escalation point of payroll and benefits issues from or to centralized support function from employees + Responsible for new hire set up and onboarding, including new hire orientation and partnering with Finance, IT, and Facilities to ensure onboarding for all new team members nationally + Administrator for employee systems, granting and terminating access and updating information + Prepare payroll paperwork twice per month according to payroll deadlines for new hires, compensation changes, terminations. + Pull data and creating ad hoc reports from a variety of systems + Conduct regular audits for data integrity and accuracy, and resolves issues + Coordinate logistics and communications of HR programs, information sessions + Take on projects relating to achievement of Talent and goals **Qualifications** **Accountable** - Accountable for accurate execution of projects and tasks **Collaboration** - Builds partnerships and work with others to meet shared goals; relate well to all kinds of people-up, down, and sideways, inside and outside the organization; build appropriate relationships; can diffuse even high-tension situations; know personal strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and limits **Communication** – We move fast around here. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
