Responsibilities: + Coordinates, inputs, reviews, and formats human resources data for entry into the HRIS system. + Processes all employee changes through data entry or workflow process. + Troubleshoots problems with HR data and where inaccurate/incorrect seeks to resolve the issue. + Ensures accuracy and integrity of all HR data in the HRIS system. + Enters transactional changes in time and attendance systems. + Responds to questions and inquiries of employee personnel information + Reviews submissions of transactional paperwork for completeness and authorizations + Serves as a resource to employees and Managers providing guidance in relation to general HR questions and topics. Qualifications/Requirements: Experience: Position requires a professional level of knowledge generally acquired through three to five years of Human Resource experience.
