Your Role at Delta Faucet
The Human Resources Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the HR department. This position requires a detail-oriented and organized individual who can efficiently handle various administrative support responsibilities, assist with recruitment efforts, budget management, and contribute to the overall success of the HR team.
Responsibilities
Administer the budget process for human resources. Serve as the main point of contact and liaison for Finance and HR leadership team. Conduct monthly budget reconciliations and accruals. Ensure timely and accurate processing of all HR department invoices, inclusive of new vendor set-up in accounting system. Maintain and update all HRIS records in Workday, including entries for new hires, promotions, salary changes, contractor updates, terminations, and transfers. Track temporary/contract assignments and month-end accrual report for the Indianapolis location. Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to organize interviews, provide recruitment materials to all stakeholders and arrange candidate travel. Responsible for providing administrative support to HR team in areas like pre-onboarding, employee queries etc. Coordinate departmental meetings, including scheduling, organizing logistics, managing invitations, and booking meeting spaces. Serve as backup to the People Operations Manager assisting with HR compliance tasks and addressing employee inquiries Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive HR information with discretion.Qualifications
Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience. 2+ years of HR or operations coordination experience required. Experience using Workday (or similar HR system) for HR tasks like data management and reporting Must possess excellent communication skills and be comfortable interacting with all levels of the organization. Demonstrated success meeting deadlines and acting with urgency. Ability to work discreetly with confidential information. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
