MAU is hiring a Human Resources Coordinator for our client in Murfreesboro, TN. As a Human Resources Coordinator, you will manage visa and mobility processes, ensure compliance, and provide administrative support by collaborating with stakeholders, reviewing application materials, and facilitating seamless international assignments. This is a contract, short-term assignment.
Benefits Package 401k matching Life insurance Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Short term disability Long term disability Paid time off Shift Information Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM General Requirements 1+ years of professional experience in HR or a related field Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, PowerPoint) Strong attention to detail and customer service skills Experience with Legal Tracker, Global Mobility, or Immigration processes is a plus Essential Functions Respond to inquiries using the provided templatesEscalate complex issues or proce ssing delays to appropriate stakeholders Assist with initiating, supporting, and reviewing Business and Work Visa Applications, as well as Global Mobility needs Collaborate with recruiters and team members to secure sensitive documents for applications and liaise with internal and external stakeholders Review application materials prepared by counsel for accuracy, ensuring alignment with sensitive personal documents (e.g., passports) Coordinate and review invoices for processed business and work visa applications Facilitate the collection of sensitive materials for visa and mobility applications Coordinate the signature process for Invitation Letters required for overseas travel Prepare and send templated emails, in collaboration with counsel, detailing visa processes, timelines, and requirements Support domestic and international compliance, ensuring proper documentation storage and assessment completion Initiate applications with visa and passport vendors and maintain a tracker for all active applications Draft initial cost projections for overseas assignments using the provided templates
