About the Role
Are you ready to kickstart your HR career? We have a 6-month contract opportunity within our Organisational Development team as an HR Coordinator. In this role, you'll be a key player in the Australasian Role Profiles Library Project, aiming to develop a comprehensive library of role profiles for all positions across the Australasia region, aligned with the Babcock Role Framework.
As an HR Coordinator, you'll be at the core of the project, gathering and synthesising position description data from various sources to create role profiles that meet the prescribed template. Collaboration is essential, as you'll work closely with HR teams, regional role family owners, and other key stakeholders to ensure the information you gather is accurate, relevant, and aligned with the framework.
You'll utilise a range of systems, including HRIS and SharePoint, to manage and process data while overseeing the review and approval process for finalising role profiles. Throughout the project, you'll report on progress, escalate issues when necessary, and ensure all deliverables are met on time. The final outcome will be a published Role Profiles Library that feeds into Babcock’s Global Compliance and Competency Framework.
If you’re looking to broaden your HR experience, enhance your project management skills, and make an impact within a dynamic team, this contract could be the perfect next step for you.
