HR Coordinator
Description We are seeking a meticulous HR Coordinator to join our dynamic team in the Health Insurance industry. As an HR Coordinator, you will be tasked with a variety of responsibilities ranging from sourcing candidates to managing communication channels. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity. Responsibilities • Sourcing potential talent and managing the talent pipeline. • Coordinating and conducting interviews. • Maintaining open and efficient email correspondence. • Utilizing Microsoft Outlook and Teams for various HR tasks. • Accurate data entry related to candidate information and HR processes. • Proficient use of Workday for HR management. • Ensuring clear and effective communication within the team and with potential candidates. • Coordinating with the Talent Acquisition team for seamless hiring processes. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the role of HR Coordinator or a similar position within the health insurance industry • Proficient in communication, both verbal and written, with an ability to convey complex information succinctly • Demonstrated experience in sourcing candidates, ensuring a match with organizational needs and culture • Proven track record in talent acquisition, with the ability to identify, attract, and secure high-quality candidates • Experience in managing and maintaining talent pipelines, ensuring a steady flow of potential candidates • Skilled in talent sourcing strategies, capable of leveraging various channels to locate potential candidates • Experience in conducting interviews, with the ability to assess candidate suitability effectively • Proficiency in data entry, with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy • Experience in email correspondence, demonstrating professionalism and promptness in responses • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Teams, with the ability to manage scheduling, communications, and virtual meetings effectively • Experience with Workday or similar HR management software, demonstrating an ability to manage HR tasks efficiently and effectively TalentMatch® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
