HR Coordinator

We have an exciting opportunity for an HR Coordinator to join our well-established and collaborative HR Client Services team within a fast-paced growing international business. This role offers a unique chance to support the HR Advisor and Business Partnering team, providing you within valuable exposure to employee relations, engagement, and various aspects of HR policy and governance. This experience will lay a strong foundation for career progression into an HR Advisor role in time. **About You** + You bring proven administrative experience, ideally from a busy HR environment or a similar setting where tasks are governed by strict deadlines. + This role requires a high degree of self-organisation and independent working, as the team is based around the UK. + While a CIPD qualification or similar is advantageous, we also welcome candidates who are eager to work towards obtaining this credential. + You possess strong interpersonal communication skills and experience with the Microsoft Office Suite. + You have good numerical and analytical skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
