Position Summary

The HR Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the People Team's HR and administrative operations at Beacon Hill's client's corporate office in Bloomington, MN. This position will focus on recruitment coordination, onboarding, HR administration, and employee engagement while ensuring smooth and efficient HR processes. The ideal candidate is highly organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable working with data and systems in a fast-paced environment.

This is an exciting temp-to-hire opportunity that is hybrid in Bloomington, MN.

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Onboarding SupportManage the ATS (Applicant Tracking System), ensuring pipeline accuracy and timely candidate follow-ups.Schedule and coordinate interviews, keeping hiring managers informed and engaged.Support new hire onboarding, including organizing Jumpstart sessions, sending welcome emails, and tracking survey responses.HR Administration & ComplianceMaintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with internal policies and labor laws.Assist with payroll, benefits reporting, and open enrollment follow-ups.Manage position descriptions, ensuring updates and repository maintenance.Handle administrative tasks such as mail processing, data tracking, and reporting.Employee Engagement & CultureOrganize and facilitate employee recognition programs, engagement activities, and cultural initiatives.Coordinate professional development requests and track training completion metrics.Support internal communications by updating Confluence pages and other repositories.Required Qualifications2+ years of HR experience in a coordinator or administrative role.Strong proficiency in ATS and HRIS systems.Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze HR metrics.Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.Preferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field.HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.Experience with project management tools like Jira.Work EnvironmentTemp-to-hire position based in Bloomington, MN.Hybrid schedule: 2-3 days onsite per week.Opportunity to support and collaborate with executives, including the CEO, COO, CTO, and VP of Marketing. 1407071_1739308952 To Apply for this Job Click Here
