Responsibilities:

Assist with recruitment tasks, including scheduling interviews and managing candidate communications.Process new hire documentation, background checks, and ensure compliance with company policies.Coordinate new employee orientations and maintain accurate employee records.Provide support in HR functions such as employee engagement, benefits administration, and compliance.Utilize MS Word for creating HR-related documents and reports.Use MS Excel for tracking HR data, managing employee information, and generating reports.


Requirements:

1+ year of Human Resources administrationBachelor's degree in Human Resources preferred Microsoft Office Suite proficiency including ExelAbility to multi-task and excellent organizational skills
