Our perfect candidate will thrive in a fun and casual environment, pay it forward daily, and add value to the company by providing administrative support to the HR function as needed including: record keeping, file maintenance, compliance tracking, time and attendance tracking, training tracking, new hire and other HRIS system data entry. **WHAT YOU'LL DO** + Provide administrative support to the HR Business Partner and HR Specialist + Ensure all new hire paperwork is complete and in compliance. Assists with data entry of new hire data into HRIS system. + Performs customer service functions by answering associate requests and questions. **YOUR TRACK RECORD** + Associates degree in an HR related field preferred; High school graduate required. + 2+ years of HR related work experience + Strong computer skills that include Word, Excel, Outlook and HRIS experience **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** Occasional overtime work is required throughout the year. Must adhere to all plant safety protocols. Minimal hazards. General office working conditions.
