Our client, a personal injury law firm, is looking for a detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join their growing team! In this role, you'll support daily HR operations, coordinate company events, update policies, and handle administrative tasks. You'll work closely with the HR Manager and serve as a backup to the HR Generalist, ensuring smooth HR functions across the firm.

Responsibilities:

Plan and execute company events & team-building activitiesAssist with policy updates and complianceManage HR records, documents & office operationsMaintain firm equipment inventory for new hires & departuresUtilize Microsoft SharePoint for document management & workflow automationSupport confidential HR tasks and step in for the HR Generalist as needed

Qualifications:

1+ years of HR experienceMicrosoft SharePoint experience (preferred)Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word & CanvaStrong organizational & communication skills
