We are seeking an HR Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be the initial contact for all US HR-related inquiries and onboarding, including employee updates, benefits, compensation, talent acquisition, policies, and procedures. You will collaborate with various teams across the organization to resolve employee issues, ensure compliance, and manage key HR processes. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

Act as the primary point of contact for all US HR-related inquiries, including benefits, talent acquisition, policies, and employee updates.  Review incoming HR tickets, assign them to appropriate resources, and escalate tickets as necessary.  Provide clear guidance on company policies, benefits, and US HR procedures.  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of employee issues.  Manage the Ask HR helpline, including answering, responding to, and documenting inquiries.  Maintain and update internal and external HR Shared Services documents. Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of employee data in the HR Information System, including routine audits and reporting.  Assist in creating, documenting, and maintaining core HR Shared Services processes. Miscellaneous onboarding tasks as needed.
