Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 2+ years of experience in HR coordination and administrative support, or a related role in an industrial or manufacturing setting. Proficiency in HRIS, timekeeping systems, and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with employees and management. Understanding of labor laws, payroll processes, and performance management practices
