The HR Coordinator - Home Office provides HR employee support throughout the employee life cycle. This includes administering pre on-boarding, on-boarding, and post on-boarding communications and processes, including new employee orientation meetings. Provides functional area reporting, including key metrics analysis and highlights for key areas for focus. Leads committee to provide event planning for home office employee community building events.
What will you do:
Answers and directs incoming questions from Home Office Employees
Provides Home Office Human Resources Team support as needed, including administrative tasks, reporting and producing HR Reports, key metrics, analytics, and data preparation
Presents new employee orientation meetings both in person and virtually for both small and large groups
Plans and conducts the communication and execution of various events, including large employee appreciation and engagement events, open enrollment and retirement meetings, and other division HR events
Supports various aspects of recruiting and onboarding/offboarding processes, including communication to managers, processing new hire paperwork, screenings, and tests, reporting and storing of documentation.
Assists Senior Human Resources Business Partners with employee relations issues and investigations and ensures that employee transitions are processed and all applicable forms are completed accurately
Processes invoices for screenings, tests, and unemployment claims and ensures timely submission
Performs other duties as assigned
What you will bring to the table:
Two to three years previous human resources experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Knowledge of human resources regulations and guidelines preferred. Experience in training, public speaking, and event planning is also preferred.
Associates degree preferred.
Requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Knowledge of HR regulations and industry best practices preferred.
Experience in public speaking and facilitation is a plus.
