Basic Job Functions: The HR Coordinator will promote safety, ensure consistency, maintain best practices and serve as a resource for the division. The HR Coordinator will be responsible for payroll administration, recruitment/onboarding, maintaining employee records and documentation, benefits administration, FMLA and LTD tracking, Learning Management System, assisting teammates with day-to-day inquiries and other duties as assigned.
