We are currently looking for an HR Country Specialist. While you will be employed by Fluke, an OpCo of Fortive based in the U.K., you will be acting as a Fortive Country HR Specialist, where your primary responsibilities are to;
Advise on country and OpCo specific policy execution to employee, management and HRBP on site (Norwich) Monitor country legislation, CBA changes and communication with social authorities such as absenteeism rates on a country basis, submitting LoA files to local authorities if applicable, and partnering with HR OPS and Payroll. Manage and process / roll out country specific policy changes such as Country specific legislation and acts, implement changes to all OpCo policies and manuals Monitor and manage Working conditions act Manage Pension acts Manage Minimum wages acts (liaise with local payroll consultants Managing benefit plans operations and renewals Case managing executing health and wellbeing programs / occupational health requirements following legislation Visiting Fortive OpCo Sites in the Netherlands to be present and answer questions related to country compliance Partnering with COE and or HRBP to strategize country specific total rewards or benefit plans. Harmonize and integrate country specific policies, benefit plans and insurances and manuals, in collaboration with appropriate CoE and broker. Provide standard work and guidance for OpCo HR to follow the right routes with works councils procedures.What we are looking for:
