HR Culture and Inclusion Intern
About the Role:

The HR Culture and Inclusion Intern will engage on projects and tasks related to creating and improving a positive employee experience associated with elevating the employee experience.  

What you'll do:

Work on projects related to improving the employee experience with the Culture and Inclusion teamsGain experience supporting the organization culture, employee events and Employee Resource GroupsLead projects to drive process improvements for ticket distribution, events and other culture and inclusion initiatives.Ensure an amazing employee experience through high-touch, personalized communication and engagement.Support efforts to communicate effectively with employees and leaders to ensure awareness of opportunities to recognize and reward employees Facilitate tickets process from start to finish and organize and document recipients and other required information for compliance

What You'll Need:

Currently enrolled in a university degreed program. Preferably Experience DesignOrganizational Skills and ability to self-manage project workCustomer service focused Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to be proactive and manage multiple priorities under moderate supervisionOur Benefits & Perks:
