HR Data Analytics & Effectiveness Manager – Pet Nutrition

Job Description:

As Pet Nutrition transform their growth, they will continue to strengthen and embed robust People Analytics in our day-to-day work. This role reports into the Global HR Data & Analytics Lead, which presents a fantastic opportunity to partner with HR Vice Presidents, HR Business Partners (BPs), HR Leads, Data & Analytics Team, Finance, Petcare Segment & Centre of Excellences Leads so that we can continue to strengthen our People Analytics agenda in service of business and people strategies.

What are we looking for?You will have solid analytical and problem-solving skills, using a comprehensive approach with strong attention to detail.You will have advanced experience with people analytics, with some experience working in regional/ global teams.You will be able to approach challenges with a data mindset; utilizes available data and informs stakeholders using a data centric approach to prioritize, influence and drive outcomes.You will have data analytical skills and thinking: Enjoys and skilled in combining automated and manual data sources, turning data into trends and communicating insights.You will be able to operate and adapt to multiple and evolving priorities in a dynamic, matrix environment with excellent customer orientation and interpersonal skillsWhat will be your key responsibilities?You will partner with the HR Leadership Team in creating & using people analytics dashboards and scorecards, running deep dive analysis for org health diagnostics and share meaningful insights.This role will drive cross functional and cross divisional efforts to step up Data, Analytics and Insights capabilities in the HR function.You will develop the framework for how Pet Nutrition drives functional capabilities through data, to measure, track, and embed capabilities needed to achieve our business ambition. Support HR BPs to deliver this framework.  You will understand our technology & digital platforms and drive the use of the same across the division. Be the point of contact on HR data access principles to ensure that the HR Business Partners have the required access.You will provide guidance and leadership to HR Data & Analytic Leads and support Regional and Global HR BPs in delivery of period D&A Insights and narrative.You will examine and present HR data to create meaningful insights and recommendations, and trends to positively impact the business with proactive solutions.
