Our client, a leading organization in the HR sector, is seeking a HR Data Governance Lead to join their team. As a HR Data Governance Lead, you will be part of the HR department supporting data management initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Wescosville, PA - onsite
Pay Range: 65-70/hr - 4 month contract
What's the Job?
Create and maintain comprehensive records of data processing activities within the HR function to ensure compliance with data protection regulations. Establish and enforce data retention policies and criteria in Workday and EDL to ensure data is stored and disposed of in accordance with legal and organizational requirements. Identify and address data quality issues, implementing data quality improvement initiatives to ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR data. Assist in the development and implementation of a data governance framework, including policies, procedures, and standards for data management within HR. Provide training and support to HR staff on data governance policies and best practices.What's Needed?
Proven experience in managing projects for data governance, data management, or a similar role, preferably within an HR environment. Strong knowledge of data governance principles, data protection regulations, and data quality management best practices. Strong understanding of the technology landscape, including data platforms, warehouses, and BI Analytics. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a complex organization.What's in it for me?
