About the Team:

 

The Global HR Data Management Team looks after the people data of 100k+ SAP employees worldwide. Delivering scalable HR services with a human touch and innovation are the cornerstones of our culture. We are a diverse team of about 200 colleagues, operating mostly out of Prague. As a member of our diverse and dynamic team, you will help drive SAP’s global strategies, manage employee data, execute key HR processes, and deliver a 5-star customer experience for our employees and stakeholders, every day. The efficiency and quality of our work is key because all processes, stakeholders, and decisions depend on the data we manage throughout the entire employee journey.

 

About the Role:


As an HR Data Management Associate, you will be responsible for managing SAP employee data according to the highest standards of quality and compliance. This will be done through SAP software such as SuccessFactors. The efficiency and quality of our work is critical because all processes, stakeholders, and decisions depend on the data we manage throughout the entire employee journey. Day to Day Tasks:

 

Generate employment contracts for candidates and create employee profiles for new hires in SuccessFactors (HCM).  Transfer data of employees who are moving to different teams/locations.  Manage employee personal data changes, such as marital status, bank details, etc., in APJ region.  Update employment/career changes including, but not limited to, promotions, compensation changes, and terminations.  Process payment requests for employees from other HR functions.  Develop a deep understanding of HR processes to serve as an advisor to customers while providing an excellent service experience.  Perform quality checks on maintained data to ensure compliance and accuracy.   Take advantage of opportunities for team's innovative projects that help drive SAP's technology, while improving our data management processes.  Collaborate within a huge network of SAP’s HR teams.

 

 

Role Requirements:
