We are seeking a **HR Data & Reporting Analyst** to join the Atlas team! Come join us!
**Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:**
+ Maintain the HRIS, ensuring data accuracy, security and compliance.
+ Configure, update, and optimize HR systems based on business needs.
+ Collaborate with HR, IT and Payroll teams to streamline HR technology processes, creates reports using these systems, and troubleshoots data integrity issues.
+ Generates and maintains census files for benefit and retirement carriers, basic HR reports (headcount, new hires/terms), responds to data requests and adhoc data reports as needed.
+ Optimizes, develops, and implements new HRIS processes and systems for efficient HR management.
+ Ensures data integrity by conducting regular audits and resolving any discrepancies.
+ Provides training to HR staff on system functionalities and best practices.
+ Collaborates with IT and HR teams to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
+ Partners with IT, HR, and Payroll on technical matters and ERP testing and maintenance.
+ Stays updated on HR technology trends, reporting metrics, and recommend system improvements.
**Minimum requirements:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in human resources, information technology, or related field.
+ Proven work experience as an HR Data & Reporting Analyst, HRIS Analyst, or similar role.
+ Proven experience working with HRIS systems; ADP experience a plus, as well as ancillary systems providing benefits administration, ATS/onboarding, learning management, and performance management.
+ Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data, as well as present findings to support recommended solutions and decisions.
+ Advanced Microsoft Suite (MS) Excel skills and ability to manage large amounts of data. Demonstrated analytical skills and proficient MS skills (Word, PowerPoint, Project, Viseo).
+ Experience with managing third party integrations including benefit vendors.
+ Ability to keep up with technical innovation and trends in HRIS Analysis.
+ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with personnel at all levels of the organization.
+ Excellent organizational and attention to detail decisions.
+ Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information, records, and reports.
